Le blog de Nadine Kay et son art: Ready, steady, go!

TwoDaysArt commence demain et voici la photo de Smu (merci) pour l’occasion. Ce soir, c’était les préparatifs. Je n’ai toujours pas rencontré Sali Muller. Katarzyna Kot-Bach est arrivée en même temps que moi. Marina Herber est partie peu après notre arrivée et Edgar Kohn aussi. Markus Bydolek était là, Jeannette Bremin aussi.
Fabrizio et Lucien Roef aussi, ainsi que Fernanda (http://artofnkay.blogspot.com/2014/09/lart-rochette-2014-au-chateau-de.html) J’ai fait la connaissance d’Adrien Asselborn. Tiens, c’est le premier sur la liste (des 53 artistes qui exposent. La liste est dans l’ordre alphabétique). Il vit aussi à Grevenmacher. Très jeune et très sympathique. Je lui ai dit qu’il a quelque chose dans le style de Rafael Springer, qu’il faudrait qu’il le rencontre. Je sais que Rafael sera au vernissage, Edgar Kohn, Theo Geschwind, Li Mannes, Jean Wolff et Anne Lindner aussi. En fait tout le monde sera sans doute là. Le vernissage est demain de 16H00 à 19H00.

À l’accrochage des tableaux, on a pris un peu de temps, ce qui m’a permis de faire quelques connaissances. Comme j’ai vu des tableaux de vaches quand je suis arrivée (super bien peintes), il fallait que je pose à côté ! Les vaches, c’est la spécialité d’Isabelle Pirson, qui participe à des ateliers de Corinne Goetz (www.CG-ART.YOLASITE.COM) et toutes les deux exposent ensemble.

Une autre grande entente entre artistes que j’ai remarquée, c’est l’entente entre Tito et Mulk. (titomulk.com ou contact@titomulk.com). Je ne sais pas comment ils font pour peindre des tableaux ensemble. En fait, je les admire. Peindre ou dessiner, c’est avec un stylo à l’acrylique. En noir et blanc, comme j’aime, avec pas trop de blanc. Et alors ils peignent les parties intimes masculines d’une manière excellente! En général, tout ce qu’on voit, ce sont des tableaux qui montrent toujours les parties intimes des femmes. Oui, je sais, l’excuse, c’est que les parties des femmes sont plus belles à voir que celles des hommes. Et bien ici vous voyez que c’est non ! Et une telle minutie dans les détails de leurs tableaux figuratifs un peu dans le style des mangas. Je ne vous en dis pas plus. La suite, demain et… Vous découvrirez ma peinture de l’INL. Vous verrez demain et après-demain que chaque emplacement pour chaque artiste a été étudié avec goût. Chaque artiste pourra trouver un lien avec l’artiste qui expose à côté de lui ou d’elle. Les toiles se parlent et les sculptures dialoguent aussi avec les toiles. Demain, je vous écris un peu plus…

TwoDaysArt is starting tomorrow and here is Smu’s photo for the advertisement of the event. Thank you Smu ! This afternoon (late afternoon), we were doing the final arrangements for the event. I have still not met Sali Muller ! Katarzyna Kot-Bach arrived at the same time as me. Marina Herber and Edgar Kohn left just a little after we arrived. Markus Bydolek was there, Jeannette Bremin too. Fabrizio et Lucien Roef aussi, ainsi que Fernanda (http://artofnkay.blogspot.com/2014/09/lart-rochette-2014-au-chateau-de.html) I met Adrien Asselborn. We live in the same town. By the way, he is the first on the list ( of 53 artists. The list is in alphabetical order). He is very young and very friendly. I told him his style has something to do with the style of Rafael Springer, that they will have to meet. I am sure Rafael ( as well as Edgar Kohn, Theo Geschwind, Li Mannes, Jean Wolff and Anne Lindner. In fact everybody I suppose) will be at the painting preview tomorrow afternoon from 4pm to 7pm.

As hanging the paintings on the walls took a bit of time, I took advantage of this time to meet some artists around. As I saw some paintings of cows when arriving, (superb paintings of cows) you can imagine I couldn’t resist having my picture taken with one of them…Cows are the speciality of Isabelle Pirson who participates to workshops given by Corinne Goetz (www.CG-ART.YOLASITE.COM) and both have painting exhibitions together.

Another great friendship between artists is that of Tito and Mulk(titomulk.com ou contact@titomulk.com). I don’t know how they manage to make paintings together (paint on the same canvas together). In fact, I admire them. Painting or drawing, it is with a special acrylic pen. In black and white, just as I like, with not too much white. And they paint the male delicate parts in an excellent way ! Generally, what we see is paintings representing female delicate parts. Yes, I know, the excuse is that women have more to show than men. Plus what women have to show is more beautiful than what men have to show. Well, I don’t know. I won’t write more. You know what to do. Visit us tomorrow. Plus you will discover my painting of the INL. You will also see that each location for each artist has been studied carefully and with taste. Each artist can find a link with the other artist who have their paintings or sculptures close to him or her. The paintings speak to one another and the sculptures enter this same dialogue.
